Roma`s Family Restaurant in Bay City

The food is top notch at a reasonable price. Unique sandwiches for a light lunch. (Try the golden) Pasta dishes that are sure to please and pizza that is generously topped. I've recommend it many a time and each one and come back again and again.

Love their food but their customer service is horrible unless your a regular and the prices are getting worse and they charge for everything and I mean everything!!!

I have been coming to this place for years, people rave about this place. But in reality this place needs to invest in new chairs and tables. Better Salad bar and more choices. The decor is the same as 20 years ago and food is the same!

I go here all the time one of my favorite restaurants in Bay City. They been in business for a long time and glad they are still going strong. I always go there for dinner and it's always the same 2 ladies that serve you. Both are really nice. A lot of people I noticed come here for pizza, which in my opinion is phenomenal! The best in town. They also have great dinners and sandwiches, a basic salad bar that is always fresh. The chefs in the kitchen do an awesome job! Food always comes out fresh, great portions. Price wise is very fair. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about the restaurant.

This restaurant has the best pizza and bread sticks in Bay City. The bread sticks kind of taste like doughnuts. They are seriously amazing.

Great food and sandwiches. I got to meet the owner and was very impressed. This is a multi-generation family owned establishment with authentic Italian food. The atmosphere is great and everything was clean though this game felt a bit aged,in a good way though. It's a quaint place and a great value.

The food is amazing and portions are large. The cost is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! This is in the top three of all Italian restaurants I have ever eaten at for sure!

Steak sandwich on grilled garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms, awesome as alwsys. It's just sooooo hard to decide between that and pizza, cuz they're bith always the best in the city.

The order time is always longer than they say it will be but it's worth it. The pizza is delicious. Garlic knots are fantastic!! Definitely a must eat when in Bay City.

I live in Detroit in wish I could find a pizza place half this good. When we visit my hometown I order 3 or 4 pizzas to bring home with me their other food is delicious too but I can't get past the pizza.

A few of us ate here Saturday night. The food was great!!! The experience was even better! The owner came out and sat down to talk to us for a bit. The waitress gave us a mini history lesson showing us the old time photos of the place. It was awesome. Definitely going back again. Thank you Roma's.

Great food and service all the time!!

Great pizza but terribly rude staff. Usually takes forever to get through to someone and they generally act angry you are calling. Never happy, never cheerful. It is literally the most depressing place In town as far as service is concerned.

Giant pizzas, big subs, a buffet, and tiny hometown restaurant atmosphere. These guys have been around since the 60s. The parking here is a little odd as a consequence of that.

ORDERED 2-STEAK SANDWICHES AND THEY WERE SOGGY AND HARDLY NO SAUCE.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD BAD FOOD.BREADED MUSHROOMS WERE GOOD.

I have been going to Roma's for a very long time. I know the owner he is an Awesome person. Joey makes a pizza just the way you like it. Tell him double cheese you get it!! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We ordered the biggest pizza they had here. We had 6 people and we still took home more than half the pizza. The way it was made was awesome, and it was not a bad price either.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been in!! Small, quite environment with great staff! And extremely reasonable prices!! I highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance. To be honest it's worth going out of your way there food is that good.

We've only ordered pizza and its always perfect. Tasty sauce, quality cheese and the toppings are loaded on!

Been ordering the Roma special sandwich for over a decade . Got one the other night and it still has that awesome old school Italian restaurant flavor,it allways takes me back in time. Love it!!

Don't know why this site states that I hate Romas...we had our first visit this past Friday and definitely plan to go back again. Food, service and price were good.

The food was amazing and the waitress was very nice! The service was slow due to a lot of customers tho.

Food was great, service was a little slower but the wait was well worth the food. Will return again

Their pizza has always been absolutely spectacular. However their pasta dishes (especially their manicotti dish) falls a little bit on the short side. Also I don't know who always answers the phone but she's not all the friendly.
